How to Reset your FireFly Password

NOTE: This guide will only work for parents. If you are a pupil attempting to reset your password, please contact IT Support.

The West Park FireFly VLE allows you to keep track of any homework that has been assigned to your child by their teacher. It also contains up-to-date information about the school, as well as other useful information such as events, performances, and activities etc that are taking place within West Park. This guide shows you how to reset your FireFly password.

  1. Go to https://westpark.fireflycloud.net/.
  2. Click Forgotten your password?.
  3. Enter your email address and click Reset password.
  4. FireFly will now send you an email with a password reset link. Click this and enter your new password.
